Welcome to RizzWing ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered conversation assistant, which is accessible via WhatsApp. By using RizzWing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

  • RizzWing provides AI-generated conversation suggestions for users via WhatsApp.
  • Users receive 10 free credits upon signup. After that, they must purchase additional credits through a subscription model (autopay).

3. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use RizzWing.
  • By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Payment Policy

  • RizzWing operates on an autopay model, where users are automatically charged based on their selected plan.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay or other payment gateways we may use.

4.2 Subscription Management & Cancellation Policy

  • Users can manage their subscription by clicking the "Manage Your Subscription" button on our website.
  • After clicking, users will receive a link via WhatsApp that directs them to the cancellation process.
  • Once a cancellation request is successfully processed, future payments will be stopped immediately.
  • Users will retain access to their paid credits until the end of their current billing cycle.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused credits after cancellation.

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.
  • If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact help@lvlup.click within 7 days for a resolution.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Use RizzWing for harassment, spam, or inappropriate content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the AI system.
  • Share sensitive or illegal content through our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • RizzWing provides AI-generated suggestions. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or effectiveness of responses.
  • We are not responsible for any consequences arising from user interactions based on our AI suggestions.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RizzWing after updates implies acceptance of the new Terms.
